ESP FOCUSES on continually developing our foam control offerings to maximize our ability to serve our customers. With our highly experienced field staff, we work with our customers to learn about their requirements in depth, coupling this information with our background in similar applications to make the best antifoam recommendations for their needs. Our technical service team is available to further assess the customer’s application and provide in-house or field testing if necessary. We routinely conduct field trials of our defoamer products with our customers, both to provide an assurance to them about the product’s performance, and also to study the process in order to determine if an even better solution exists. This focus on the customer is maintained throughout our organization, with a dedicated Customer Service group that ensures every customer’s requests are met in full and in a timely manner.
